After retaining a few daughters from Apollo, the search for a complimentary buck began. Naturally, I headed back to the herd that had produced my first "dream buck". Hours were spent pouring over pedigrees and pairings to come us with a top 3 list and then the wait began. By sheer chance, I managed to be present for the kidding of my top choice and Chaos was brought home within hours of birth. He spent his first weeks as a house goat before transitioning out with the rest of the herd. Chaos has matured into a small, sturdy young buck.
His first kids were born in 2019 and were everything I had hoped for. He'll be taking the role of lead buck for the 2019 breeding season and we're looking forward to seeing what he can do on a wider variety of does.
