                                                                                   DOB August 12, 2012 - June 2020
                                                                                           Holland Lop

Aesop was one of our very first rabbits, along with a Californian doe named Fable.  He's never been the most social, usually preferring to find a safe corner of the petting zoo pen to avoid being stepped on and then staying put for the remainder of the party, but he tolerates people and has been our longest resident at this point.

Our old man developed cataracts and vision loss in 2019 and was completely retired from attending petting zoos.  He still navigates his pen without trouble and hangs out with his buddy, Aero so now he just gets to enjoy his peace and quiet for the remainder of his lifespan.

Aesop passed away in June of 2020

                                                                                     Flemish Giant

Aero was our first of many Flemish Giants.  Social and personable, he sold us on the breed and we hope he'll be with us a long time.

Unfortunately we lost Aero to a respiratory illness in June of 2020.  His little old buddy, Aesop, passed soon after.

                                                                                    DOB 5/10/2017
                                                                                       Flemish Giant

Aelish and her sister, Aella, came to us in the summer of '17.  Because of a cage problem, the girls spent the first several weeks living in the house with the guinea pigs.  Aelish is the calmer of the pair and easy for most anyone to handle.

                                                                                      Flemish Giant

Aella and her sister, Aelish, joined us in 2017.  Aella has always been the more adventurous of the pair.  During their stint in the house, Aella was the one who learned to jump out of their pen so she could explore the house, eventually claiming the fireplace as her preferred home.  Today, she's not the easier to catch but once in the petting zoo, she's quick to approach people and seek attention.
                                                                                              Aerin
                                                                                    DOB 2/20/2018
                                                                                       Flemish Giant

Lucky number 13, Aerin was born at Nightsong and started her zoo career with Easter pictures before joining in on parties.  At 5 months, Aerin was already the size of her mother and has since surpassed my other Flemish in size.  She's generally easy going and friendly, often approaching kids for attention.

Myth & Fable
DOB September 2020
Holland Lops

Myth (lighter) and Fable (darker) joined us at the start of November.  Named in honor of our first lop, Aesop, who passed earlier in the year.  These girls are super sweet and friendly, even if they are tiny and not yet transitioned to living outdoors.
